EAP & Mediation
Samara has over twenty-five years of experience in HR/EAP work: business and employee consultation, hiring assessments, performance appraisals, professional education, medication/intervention specialist and private mental health counseling. Programs have been presented to groups large and small, ranging from 10-300 participants. Her work in the EAP/HR field has included implementation of policies and procedures for increasing and improving job performance skills, cooperation and efficiency of personnel, company procedures and management activities, providing efficiency consultation by creating or restructuring policies, procedures and the managerial hierarchy and/or personnel structures in all levels of business activities.
Samara has provided mediation services for organizations, in the counseling setting, Better Business Bureau, Small Claims Court, and Dispute Resolution Centers.
